Canon-puncturing: Nope.

Offensive subjects (elaborate): Mystique's not too fond of anti-mutant rhetoric, anything really regarding a stratification of race/sex/gender, what have you.

Hugging this character: Honestly, I don't think Mystique would know what to do with this unless it were Charles doing the hugging. She's spent the better part of a decade all on her own, untethered to any sort of affection. Take this as accepted begrudgingly if the situation calls for it, otherwise message me to hash it out.

Kissing this character: Unless it was invited by context or invitation, I would have to say no.

Flirting with this character: Oh here you may feel free, flirtation is easy for her (outside the blue, of course, there it's impossibly rare)

Fighting with this character: Mystique fights for her life and her cause, she does not do it lightly but will not pull a punch, kick or dirty shot if sufficiently provoked.

Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I'm generally fairly free here, but head to the dropbox for convo on this. 

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Given that she grew up alongside an extremely powerful telepath, Mystique may be entirely conscious of any attempts to read her mind or muck about in her head, and she will not take it well if it is done without her permission. BUT for plot-purposes you can head to the dropbox and we might work something out.

 

General Warnings: 

 
Mystique has been extremely isolated, as well as having been a member of an underground movement to protect mutants from those who might harm them (although Erik's plans were far more dramatic and violent). She is defensive, secretive (particularly of anything that might be used against her or those she cares about), and none too hesitant about throwing a punch in a situation where it looks as if she's in danger or in need of an escape.
